Louise Bowdery

Audiologist

I’m excited to join Sound Advice Hearing, bringing 14 years of experience and a deep passion for helping people manage and improve their hearing. With both personal and professional experience in hearing loss, I understand the challenges it can present and am committed to helping clients reconnect with their loved ones and live life to the fullest. I hold an MSc in Audiology and have been involved in various hearing loss support groups, which has reinforced my belief in the importance of truly listening to each client’s needs. Having worked in fast-paced environments, I’m excited to be part of a team that takes the time to offer high-quality, personalized care. Originally from Northern Ireland, I’ve lived on the South Coast for 14 years, where I enjoy life with my two children, who always keep me on my toes!

Lauren Lyle

Receptionist

Hi. My name is Lauren. I’ve worked for Sound Advice for over two years now and I love my job working within a small, friendly team. I am a mother of two young children who keep me very busy so I don’t have much spare time. When I do get a moment to myself, I enjoy gardening and reading.

Suzanne Stevenson

Audiologist

I qualified as an audiologist in 2002 and I really love my job of helping those with a hearing problem. I myself have developed hearing loss over the years since qualifying, so I can relate to the benefits and journey of wearing hearing aids. I was originally based in Surrey and moved up to Lincolnshire 15 years ago to enjoy and be with my two beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time I can be found in my garden or doing handicrafts, including making traditional teddy bears.

Dani Davies

Marketing Manager

My career in marketing started over 20 years ago now. I worked alongside Sound Advice Hearing for a few years in my previous role, and I got to know Paul and Anne-Marie and the business pretty well. So, when the opportunity arose for me to join the team I jumped at the chance! Usually found with my headphones on, I have an extreme passion for music of all styles. I worked alongside musicians, producers, and DJs in my 20’s and was fascinated by the science of sound. So, it seems serendipitous to be working in audiology now! Outside of work my time is mostly spent with my two kids. When I’m not playing taxi for them, we love to be outdoors having adventures, discovering new places and getting to music festivals.

Diane Marshall

Receptionist

I have recently joined Sound Advice after 26 years of working in a GP surgery. Firstly as a receptionist, and then working my way up to Dispensary Manager. I have two grown up children and grandchildren, and love spending time with them. I’m often on the school run! Holidaying with my partner is one of my favourite things to do, whether it’s at home or abroad. My hobbies include Aquacise, Pilates and reading. I also love a catch up with friends over coffee or lunch.

Tracy Cook

Receptionist

I have worked at Sound Advice Hearing for a number of years, but I have had a little break in between. All my working life I have always been in jobs that are customer based. I love meeting new people and giving them the customer service they deserve. When I am not working, I love spending time with my new husband who was my partner for 18 years. I love training every day, socialising with family and friends. When I was 21 I joined the Army and jumped out of an aeroplane 12 times at 3000 ft!
