I have been working at the Hull branch for just over 5 years. My original background was Payroll for many years, and I also worked for Humberside police prior to being a receptionist here in the centre of Hull. Things to know about me…. I like sunshine, coffee, good food, wine and cocktails - although not all at the same time. Not so sure it’s an interesting fact……but I once sung Karaoke with a young Ryan Giggs in Crete!

I have been in Audiology since 1993, and in 2003 I set up the private hearing healthcare business – Sound Advice Hearing. I was one of a very small group of Audiologists trained as a Clinical Ear Care Practitioner in earwax removal, leading to becoming a BSHAA Registered Clinical Ear Care Trainer, training other Audiologists within the industry. I am currently Chairman of the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP) and previously, a council member for the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. In my spare time I am a very keen horticulturist and have a long standing love affair with football as both a player and coach. I like to get out for long walks with our family dog, Willow. I also have a keen interest in motorbikes.
