I have worked at Sound Advice Hearing for a number of years, but I have had a little break in between. All my working life I have always been in jobs that are customer based. I love meeting new people and giving them the customer service they deserve. When I am not working, I love spending time with my new husband who was my partner for 18 years. I love training every day, socialising with family and friends. When I was 21 I joined the Army and jumped out of an aeroplane 12 times at 3000 ft!

My names Jess. I have been in the industry - alongside Optics - for 22 years now. I love helping people in general, but helping people hear better is my passion! I’ve lived in Lincolnshire since I was 7. And for the last 4 years, Lincoln itself. I love it here! I take pride in my service to my patients, and I’ll always go the extra mile for them. I enjoy time away with my partner and my dogs, as well as visiting my family regularly. I have a lot of hobbies, including photography, sewing, puzzles, DIY. I Love live music too and a good country pub!

I have worked at Sound Advice Hearing since June 2017. I am generally a happy outgoing person whatever the weather. My hobbies are playing Bingo, walking and watching football especially American Football with the Hubby and it’s even better when we watch them at a live game. My team that I follow is the Bengals. I love spending time with family and friends.
