Ear Wax Removal Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us, and our objective is to ensure that you receive the best experience possible.  The appointment is reserved especially for you and as a result we do require a minimum £25 deposit. While we understand that sometimes scheduled appointments cannot be met, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it becomes difficult or impossible to re-fill that appointment slot, and the below terms and conditions will apply.
If you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to reschedule, please contact your hearing centre at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment and a cancelled appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions below.

Terms & Conditions:

We require 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.  Please note the following: 

1. If you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance then any deposit paid will be fully refundable, or you will be entitled to carry any deposit forward to a re-scheduled appointment.
2. If you fail to give at least 48-hours’ notice that you will not be able to attend, then any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
3. If you fail to turn up to your appointment, then any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
4. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment on more than one occasion, then we will request that any future appointment be paid in full and up front.
5. For any appointment made within 48 hours of that scheduled appointment then any cancellation or failure to attend will result in any deposit paid being non-refundable.
6. We reserve the right to refuse appointments for people who repeatedly do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
7. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, without specific reason and without notice. Please check these specific terms and conditions frequently to view any recent changes.
