I would like to thank the team at Norwich Sound Advice Hearing for the help and excellent service they provided for me during September and October this year. When I first approached them I couldn’t hear anything in my left ear and had an NHS hearing aid in my right ear which gave me limited hearing- I couldn’t hear the TV. Derek tested my hearing and found a little hearing in my left ear and has managed to give me a hearing aid that I can now hear in my left ear for the first time for about 20 years. The hearing aid that Derek provided me with in my right ear is excellent. I can now hear so much better. It has given me so much more confidence to go out and about in the world knowing that I can hear everything that is going on and can hear what people are saying to me without constantly asking them to repeat themselves.
Derek was patient and took me through all the steps so that I could fully understand my new hearing aids. Derek is providing me with good after care service. He has told me that I can come in to see him at any time to fix any problems that may arise in the future.
I am so glad that I took the plunge to see if I could do something about my poor hearing.
